📸 Marketing Use of Your Photos
GoDo is a community platform — your creativity is at the heart of everything we do. During registration, users are given the option to grant GoDo a license to use their uploaded photos for promotional and marketing purposes.
Your consent is voluntary. You can opt in or out during registration. This choice applies to your entire account.
Withdrawing consent: You may withdraw at any time by contacting [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect prior use made before withdrawal.
What we will never do: We will never sell your photos to third parties for their commercial use, use your content in a misleading context, or remove your credit/attribution.
How Your Content Is Shared
GoDo is a social platform by design. When you upload content, your photos may be visible to other users, your username is associated with your content, and your submissions may be featured or highlighted. You control what you share.
Data Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with analytics providers, cloud storage providers, and security tools. These partners are required to handle your data securely.
Data Retention
- Account data → until you delete your account
- Uploaded content → until you delete it or your account
- Analytics data → anonymized or periodically deleted
You can request deletion at any time.

If you are in the EU, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port your data, and withdraw consent for marketing use at any time.

Account & Data Deletion
You can delete your content in the app or delete your entire account from Settings. Once deleted, your personal data and content are permanently removed.

We protect your data with secure servers, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access control systems. No system is 100% secure.
Children's Privacy
GoDo is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it immediately.
